Your photo, treated like a private letter.

When you place an order, we collect the photo(s) you upload, basic order details (product type, style, mood, optional caption), your email for delivery, and your billing details handled by our payment provider.

Your photo is used only to create the portrait you ordered. It is not used to train models, it is not shared with third parties, and it is not used in Mythify marketing without your explicit written permission.

We keep your photo and the resulting artwork files for up to 90 days after delivery, so we can support revisions and re-deliveries. After that, files are deleted from our active storage. You can request earlier deletion any time by emailing studio@mythify.me.

• Photos you don’t own or don’t have permission to use.
• Non-consensual or exploitative imagery.
• Portraits of public figures or celebrities without explicit consent.
• Anything illegal in our operating jurisdiction.

For family portraits including children, we keep the style age-appropriate and never publish customer artwork without explicit guardian permission.

Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Send a request to studio@mythify.me and we’ll respond within 30 days.
